The right candidate will take full ownership of data-driven engagements from inception to completion while also contributing meaningfully to the firm’s broader corporate strategy work on both transactional and long-term mandates.
⚡Key Responsibilities
Design original analytical frameworks that translate complex client challenges into clear, actionable components and recommendations
Lead junior team members while serving as the primary client-facing point of contact throughout the engagement lifecycle
Define technical architecture and deliverable scope for large-scale mandates while managing stakeholder alignment at every stage
Identify and close organizational capability gaps using internal resources, partnerships, or external hires
Adapt to shifting goals, deadlines, and technical complexities as engagements evolve
Oversee functional and technical governance across the full delivery lifecycle
Leverage existing tools and platforms to capture new capabilities back into the firm’s knowledge base
Contribute to business development and the global analytics practice growth through recruiting and best practice development
Integration of AI tools and agents into new data sets
🎓Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience with a minimum of 5 years in a consulting or strategy consulting environment
Master’s degree in a relevant field
Proven solution architect with hands-on exposure to Python, SQL, Tableau, ArcGIS/QGIS, and cloud-based ML platforms such as Databricks
Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks and experience operating within global, distributed team environments
